Vision for the Organization

We are widely known as the non-profit organization changing the world, one member at a time. We are a valued partner of each organization and community because our program produces confident communicators and effective leaders.

Vision for the Members

Our members develop the skills and confidence to be successful in life. Our members achieve both inside and outside of Toastmasters. Our members make a difference and set a positive example in organizations and communities worldwide. Because the member grows and succeeds, our organization grows and succeeds.

Vision for the Leaders

Our volunteer leaders learn valuable and transferrable leadership skills to succeed in their roles and lives. As a result, we attract and retain talented leaders at every level. We are the first choice for volunteers and set an example for leadership development.

Our committed staff at World Headquarters has the tools and resources to support members and leaders. Our success and culture continue to attract and retain talented and committed professionals.

Invest in Education

As we enhance Pathways to meet member needs, we'll continue to find ways to strengthen the educational experience and value of Toastmasters. When our members grow, we grow. It all starts with having the strongest educational program possible.

Connect with Leaders

We must continue to strengthen the connection between all levels of leadership in the organization. We're all connected and working towards the same goal. By enhancing communication, all leaders will have support and the ability to deliver better service to the member. We are one team.

Strengthen Clubs

The magic of Toastmasters starts in the club. Most of the member's experience occurs in the club. We will strengthen that experience by positioning club officers to be successful. This is accomplished through enhanced club-officer training, simple tools and clear guidance for club officers, and well-supported District leaders.
